Samuel Adeniyi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GeoMark. As a Computer Science student, entrepreneur, and technology innovator, Samuel founded GeoMark with a vision to eliminate attendance fraud, reduce administrative inefficiencies, and help institutions make data-driven decisions through secure digital infrastructure.
Prior to founding GeoMark, Samuel led robotics teams to national success, represented Nigeria in competitive technology programs, and developed software solutions across healthcare, education, and enterprise environments. His experience spans product development, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and technology strategy.

Chidera Ukegbu is a Computer Science student and AI Engineer specialising in building high-accuracy machine learning solutions and robust data pipelines. As Co-Founder of GeoMark, he drives the platform's technical roadmap and product architecture.
