Cookie Policy

Cookies, without the confusion.

A cookie is just a small note your browser keeps so a website remembers you. GeoMark uses only the few that are needed to sign you in and keep your account safe — nothing more.

Last updated: August 2026

The short version

We use a handful of cookies purely to log you in and protect your account — no advertising cookies and no hidden trackers. We still show a short consent banner because some regions require one, and you can accept or decline there. Either way, you’re in control and can clear cookies from your browser any time (you’ll just need to sign in again).

Why we use cookies

Each of these does one simple, necessary job. They’re essential to signing you in and keeping your account secure, so they’re always on — there’s nothing here that tracks or profiles you.

Keeping you signed in

Up to 30 days

Holds your secure session so you don’t have to log in on every page.

Always on

Protecting your account

Until you close the browser

Confirms that sign-ins and form submissions really came from you, blocking a common attack.

Always on

Taking you to the right place

Until you close the browser

Remembers where you were headed so you land there after signing in.

Always on

Keeping your tabs in sync

Until you close the browser

If you sign in or out in one tab, your other open tabs stay consistent.

Always on

Remembering your choice

Up to 12 months

Records your answer on the cookie banner so we don’t ask again every visit.

Always on

What we never do

No advertising cookies
No third-party trackers following you around the web
No analytics that build a profile of you
We never sell or share your data with advertisers

Managing cookies yourself

You’re always in charge. Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings. Just note that blocking the sign-in cookies above will stop you logging into GeoMark — they’re the ones doing the actual work of keeping you in.
